MasterCode NEC is an electrical code reference assistant that allows users to ask NEC-related questions and receive AI-generated guidance with article references, confidence levels, and inspector notes.

Information We Collect

MasterCode NEC may collect limited information needed to operate the app, manage subscriptions, and enforce request limits.

This may include:

• Purchase and subscription status, such as whether a user has Free, Basic, or Pro access.
• App usage information needed to manage request limits and app functionality.
• Account or user identifiers generated through Sign in with Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, or similar app infrastructure.

We do not sell user data.

We do not use user data for third-party advertising or tracking.

User Questions

When a user submits an electrical code question, the question is sent to our backend and AI service so an answer can be generated.

MasterCode NEC does not use submitted questions for advertising or tracking.

MasterCode NEC does not sell submitted questions.

If saved history is available in the app, saved items are used only to provide that app feature to the user.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed through Apple and RevenueCat. MasterCode NEC does not receive or store credit card numbers, banking information, or other payment card details.

We may receive purchase status information so the app can unlock Basic or Pro features.

Third-Party Services

MasterCode NEC may use third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Apple Sign in with Apple
• Apple App Store / In-App Purchase
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Supabase for app account and usage infrastructure
• AI service providers to generate responses
• Hosting/backend infrastructure providers

These services may process information as needed to provide app functionality.

Data Use
